Music, Professor!

Some of the lovely things I've happened over in the last while:

• Leonard Cohen, only in Italian: Paolo Conte, performing Via Con Me, at a concert in Amsterdam. Ci bum ci bum bum...
  
• A Danish Rap / Swing band does a Caper video. Really. Trust me, it's wonderful.
  
• I've posted this before, but it's still wonderful - David Fonseca, a native Portuguese speaker, performs a cover of Elton John's Rocket Man
  
• Another one I've posted before, Divine Comedy performing Lady of a Certain Age on the banks of the Seine.
  
• Last one I've recommended before, a piece of recent techno, including video of a handful of drag queens doing their makeup. It sounds much more interesting than that description might have suggested, try to figure out how many humans are in the video before the trailing credits.
  
• Finally, if you're a Delerium fan, you really should give a listen to some of the tracks off of Blue Birds Refuse To Fly's 2004 album, Xenomorph Angel. It's extra dreamy.
