First link: here's a thought and I'm tired so if it is poorly worded, I apologize: women receive a larger financial boost in general in our culture from empathy than men and this may be way women in general are more empathetic - the pay off is already there. When men are told there is a payoff, they engage. This is interesting. Must think more now. TTFN!
