For consideration: Just because someone can recite the CMM from memory and can explain in lurid detail where they fit in the ISO 9001 process does not mean that are likely to be able to run your technology project. Really, I promise. Domain expertise matters, and if you're going to call a meeting, I bloody well want you to at least understand your agenda, even if you don't understand anything else. And please don't put me in a position where the only response I have to your question is Do you know how to read?
