The Joe Sixpacks of the world mostly won't pay attention to the message because they won't see it. Where are the forums where people discuss the best way to get messages like this out to them?

Seems to me that getting the video on some top ten lists would help, in these days of increasing Internet savvy and continued obsession with popularity. Where do I vote?
